OTP Mobile application (with Yapi Kredi Mobile Banking Application) can be downloaded from Apple's App Store, Android Play Store and BlackBerry App World, as well as by the clicking the link in SMS message sent to you during the application process or can be installed by downloading from the link or yukle.yapikredi.com and start using it by making the activation process.

If you change your SIM card, your OTP SMS and 3D secure usage will be blocked for your safety. You can unblock your Smart SMS via our ATMs from User Operations/Internet-Mobile Banking Changing Approval menu or via calling 444 0 444 Telephone Banking in 7 days.
I am a Corporate Internet Banking customer, I changed my SIM card, what should I do?
If you change your SIM card, your OTP SMS in Yapi Kredi Corporate Internet Banking usage will be blocked for your safety. You can remove the blockage by calling 444 0 448 Corporate Telephone Banking or via your branch.
