Applying for Retail Telephone Banking

To complete the application process, your current mobile phone must be registered with the bank. Passwords for Retail Telephone Banking are immediately available in one of two ways.

You may apply at any of our ATMs. First select the User Transactions menu, then select Telephone Banking Application/New Password request, and an activation code will be sent to your mobile phone registered in our system. For assistance, call our Telephone Banking customer representatives at 444 0 444 / 0850 222 0 444.

You may also aplly by dropping off your ID ( passport etc.) information at the nearest branch to receive your Telephone Banking password. Then activate your password by calling us via 444 0 444 / 0850 222 0 444.

Applying for Retail Telephone Banking for Our Customers Living Abroad

If you live abroad or visit overseas for considerable lengths of time, contact us at +90 212 444 0 444 / +90 850 222 0 444 to receive your Retail Telephone Banking password.

When living or staying abroad, you must have a valid telephone number recorded in our system so that our customer representatives may contact you regarding your request. Therefore, please let us know your overseas telephone number before you leave the country.
