With Smart Assistant, you can define reminders and information requests for your accounts, credit cards, investment products, payment orders, loans and other(Benim Param) products via SMS or e-mail, display procured services and cancel orders any time you wish. You can enroll to Smart Assistant via Yapi Kredi Retail Internet Banking

You can sign up for Informative Messages, Reminder Messages and On Demand Information Services for several banking services via Smart Assistant service. Clicking on the check boxes to the right of listed services is enough to sign up for that service.

  • Informative Messages: Information messages for the transactions and products selected are sent.
  • Reminder Messages: Automated messages for the transactions selected are sent.
  • Reminder Messages: Automated messages for the transactions selected are sent.

type PUAN for available Worldpoints and TL equal, KKBAKIYE for account balance, EKSTRE for latest credit card statement, a space and last 4 digits of credit card and send via SMS to 4440 or e-mail to hemenbilgi@iletisim.yapikredi.com.tr, type BAKIYE, a space and account number for the actual balance of your account and send via SMS to 4440 or e-mail to hemenbilgi@iletisim.yapikredi.com.tr, to receive on demand information.

In order to activate these features you need to complete the following steps:

  • Click the check box to the right of the transaction to define the reminder for.
  • Select account, credit card, invoice, loan or investment product and click Continue in the popup window that will appear.
  • After the popup window disappears, click Continue on the bottom of page.
  • After checking your order click Continue if you approve the selection and your reminder will be added.

Smart Assistant Application Channels

You can enroll to Smart Assistant via Internet Banking instantly.

If you don't have an internet banking password, you may instantly get it via SIGN UP NOW application using your Worldcard or World Debit Card information.

List of Products and Transactions Eligible for Sign up with Smart SMS

1.Accounts

For the defined account, when;

  • Cash in and outflow exceeds defined amount (EFT/Remittance),
  • Balance is negative,
  • You wish to see the actual balance,

2.Credit Cards

For the defined credit card;

  • Card statement,
  • Time of next card statement,
  • Overdue payment information,
  • Reminder for last payment date,
  • Information if card limit is exceeded,
  • Information if actual period debt exceeds a defined amount,
  • Information if actual period debt exceeds a defined amount,
  • Availabe card limit,
  • Card balance

3.Investments

For the defined account,

  • Bond,
  • Repo,
  • Stock,
  • Treasury Tenders,
  • Term end information for Time Deposit Accounts

4.Payments

After instruction,

  • Last payment day and overdue payment information for bills,
  • Last payment day and overdue payment information for bills with payment order,
  • Joint payment information for all bills with payment order,
  • Reminder for Motor Vehicle Tax

6.Others

  • If you sign up for Benim Param information service,

Smart Assistant will inform and remind you regularly or on demand via SMS or e-mail.

Instant Information Services pricing schedule;

  • Turkcell and AVEA: The operators do not charge any fee to subscriber when he sends the SMS; but the subscriber is charged 2 SMS in total when he receives the instant information services SMS.
  • Vodafone: The subscriber is charged 1 SMS when he sends the SMS and 1 SMS when he receives the instant information services SMS; in total is charged 2 SMS.

Turkcell subscribers receive Information and Reminder Services messages from 4488 and Instant Information Services messages from 4444 short service numbers.

E-mails that are sent are free of charge.
