Investment Packages
Investment Packages are offered to guide your investments with solutions tailored to your investor profile. With Investment Packages, you can easily invest in an asset allocation that suits your profile.
Once you complete the Investor Profile Test, you will be assigned one of four investor profiles based on the test results and receive investment recommendations within the scope of general investment advice.
Conservative Investment Package: The Conservative Investment Package consists of 80% Term Deposits and 20% Yapı Kredi Portföy Second Fund of Funds (SPT02/YAC).
The Conservative Investment Package is for our investors who do not like to take risks and prefer stability in their investments. Therefore, Time Deposits constitute 80% of the investment distribution in the Conservative Investment Package.
The Balanced Investment Package: Consists of 50% Term Deposits and 50% Yapı Kredi Portföy Second Fund of Funds (SPT02/YAC).
The Balanced Investment Package is for investors who accept reasonable fluctuations in line with their risk/return expectations when investing.
Dynamic Investment Package: The Dynamic Investment Package consists of 35% Term Deposits and 65% Yapı Kredi Portföy Second Fund of Funds (SPT02/YAC).
The Dynamic Investment Package is for our investors who accept a high level of fluctuation in exchange for higher potential returns.
Attack Investment Package: The Attack Investment Package consists of 20% Term Deposits and 80% Yapı Kredi Portföy Second Fund of Funds (SPT02/YAC).
The Attack Investment Package is for our investors with high risk tolerance and high return expectations.
Kartopu (Personal Accumulation Account)
"Kartopu" invests your money in mutual funds automatically in accordance with your risk profile and investment preferences. Depending on your choice of mutual funds in which the investment will be made, Kartopu account provides purchasing investments funds and saving them, in the name of you or your loved ones regularly in accordance with your instruction you shall give relating to your demand deposit account.
You can either invest in “Ilk Param”* (Personal Accumulating Account) accumulating for your children, acquaintances, relatives and/or give as a gift card for your loved ones.
You can give regular fund purchasing order with Kartopu or Ilk Param with your demand deposit account. Ilk Param and Kartopu ordering and selling transactions for your own account can be done through branches, Internet Banking and 444 0 444 Telephone Banking. Ilk Param and Kartopu ordering and selling transactions for your loved ones can just be done through branche and Internet Banking.

Bond-Bill-Repo-Eurobond
You can conduct bond/bill and repo buying and selling transactions through Yapı Kredi Internet Banking.
Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. Bond/Bill Public Offerings:
These are fixed-income debt instruments of various maturities and types issued by our bank by adding an additional return over Government Domestic Borrowing Securities (GDBS) with similar maturities.
Following issuance, they are traded in the secondary market and can be converted into cash according to market conditions without waiting for the maturity date.
You can participate in Yapı Kredi Bond and Bill public offerings through all our branches, Internet Banking and 444 0 444 Telephone Banking.
Treasury Bills & Government Bonds:
Treasury Bills and Government Bonds are debt instruments issued by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye. (Government Domestic Borrowing Securities – GDBS).
Treasury bills have a maturity have a maturity of less than a one year, while Government Bonds have a maturity of one year or longer. These instruments may be issued at a discount (zero-coupon) or with coupon payments.
They are fixed-income investment instruments that provide repayment of principal and interest at maturity if held until maturity. They may also be traded prior to maturity in line with market conditions.
Trading Treasury Bills and Government Bonds requires an investment account opened at our Bank in the relevant currency. Transactions can be conducted through our branches, 444 0 444 Telephone Banking, and Internet Banking on days when the Debt Securities Market is open. Transactions executed between 09:00 and 14:00 are settled on the same day; transactions after 14:00 are settled on the next business day.
Corporate Bonds & Commercial Paper:
Corporate Bonds and Commercial Paper are debt securities issued by banks or joint-stock companies to meet their financing needs.
Instruments with a maturity of more than one year are classified as Corporate Bonds, while those with a maturity of less than one year are classified as Commercial Paper. They may be issued at a discount (zero-coupon) or with coupon payments.
As these instruments are issued by banks or joint-stock companies, they do not carry a government guarantee and are subject to the credit profile of the issuer.
Corporate Bonds and Commercial Paper may be issued through public offerings and traded in the secondary market through intermediary institutions. Transaction prices are published daily on the BIST Outright Purchase and Sale Market.
Eurobonds:
Eurobonds are long term debt instruments with maturities typically ranging from 5 to 30 years, issued abroad by governments and corporations to provide financing, generally denominated in USD and EUR. Since they are long term investment vehicles, they are coupon paying instruments.
Eurobonds are suitable products for investors who wish to utilize their savings in foreign currency and prefer long term investments. Eurobonds make coupon payments either once or twice a year.
To perform Eurobond trading transactions, you need a current account at our bank in that currency.
Trading transactions for Eurobonds issued by bank or private companies are carried out only through our branches until 18.00, based on the rates and prices announced by our bank for the respective day.
Repo (Repurchase Agreement):
Repo is the transaction of selling a fixed-income security specifically a treasury bill or a government bond with a commitment to repurchase it a predetermined date.
Repo is a fixed-income investment instrument and holding a current TL account at our bank is sufficient to perform repo transactions.
Repo transactions can be executed with maturities starting from one day. On days when BIST Debt Securities Market is open, repo transactions can be performed through our branches, 444 0 444 Telephone Banking, and Internet Banking between 09:00 and 14:00 are settled on the same day; transactions after 14:00 are settled on the next business day.
Foreign Exchange Transactions
You can buy/sell foreign currency using our branches, ATMs, internet banking, and mobile banking channels.
Foreign Exchange Buy/Sell Order Transactions:
Through Yapı Kredi Mobile, you can set the exchange rate at which you wish to buy or sell foreign currency. When the exchange rates published on our Bank’s digital channels reach your specified level, your transaction is executed automatically. You can monitor, update, or cancel your orders via Yapı Kredi Mobile.
Foreign Exchange Buy/Sell Order Transactions allow you to carry out FX transactions automatically at your target rate without the need for continuous market monitoring.
Important Information on FX Buy/Sell Orders:
- FX orders can be placed 24/7 via Yapı Kredi Mobile. Orders are active during business hours.
- Orders may be placed even if your available balance is insufficient at the time of entry. If the available balance is insufficient at execution, the order is partially executed up to the available balance and the remaining portion is cancelled.
- If multiple payment accounts are selected, orders may be executed in parts. If your non-maturity accounts include a defined Flexible Account limit, this limit may be used during execution.
- For FX buy orders, you may request the liquidation of YFBL1 and/or YFBL2 funds linked to your non-maturity accounts during execution.
- You may specify an order validity period within the limits set by the Bank. Orders that are not executed expire automatically at the end of business hours on the specified expiry date.
- If Smart Assistant notifications are enabled, you will be informed via SMS, e-mail, and mobile banking notifications about the execution status of your order.
5D Deposit:
The 5D Deposit is a time deposit product that allows investors to switch between four currencies (TRY, USD, EUR, and GBP) without breaking the deposit, while continuing to earn interest.
The investor may open the deposit in any preferred currency among TRY, USD, EUR, and GBP. At the time of opening the deposit, the interest rates applicable to these currencies are fixed in advance. If the investor wishes to change the currency during the term, the currency conversion is carried out. During this currency conversion, the deposit is not broken and the interest accrued up to the conversion date is not lost. Interest is credited to the investor’s account on a daily basis and is available for immediate use.
Over-the-Counter Derivative
Derivatives are products whose value changes according to fluctuations in the value of an underlying asset. The underlying asset can be a currency, commodity, index, or interest rate.
Over-the-Counter Derivative Products:
- Forward Transactions: Forward (derivative) transactions are purchase/sale transactions conducted on foreign exchange and commodities with a predetermined maturity.
- Option Transactions: These are derivative transactions conducted on foreign exchange, commodities, or equity indices, granting the buyer a right and imposing an obligation on the seller.
- Currency Forward / Currency Swap Transactions: These are two-legged derivative transactions in which the investment amount is converted into a different currency at the relevant spot rate during the term of the transaction and, at maturity, converted back into the original currency at a predetermined forward rate.
- Interest Rate Swap (IRS) Transactions: These are agreement-based transactions that involve the exchange of interest payment obligations with different structures or interest rates over a specified principal amount.
- Principal-Protected Structured Derivative Products: These are products that aim to provide principal protection (provided that the transaction is not terminated before maturity) by combining a derivative instrument with a time deposit, targeting higher returns compared to traditional deposit products.
Derivative products may be used for hedging purposes to protect against market movements.

Equities: Equities are risky and very volatile capital market instruments, therefore, investing in equities requires a close follow up of financial markets. Warrants: Warrants are risky capital market instruments. Investors can make a lot of money with warrants, can also suffer considerable losses. They are categorized as derivative financial instruments. Every warrant is linked to an underlying asset. The performance of the underlying is reflected in the price of the warrant. You can utilize our expertise and invest in warrants quoted on BIST (Borsa İstanbul) through Yapı Kredi Mobile, our branches, and Internet Banking.
VIOP: Futures contracts traded on Borsa Istanbul (BIST) Futures and Options Market (VIOP) are standardized contracts with fixed contract sizes and maturities, traded on an organized exchange and based on capital market instruments as well as economic or financial indicator, a capital market instrument, a commodity, a precious metal or foreign currency at a predetermined price, quantity and quaity for a future date can be carried out electronically.
