User Code and Password Transaction Help

You can solve your Customer Code and Password transaction problems by following the steps below.

Customer Code Help

What is Customer Code ?

For Individual Internet Banking Customers;

Your User Code is composed of your Customer Number and 2 letters preceding it. Your Customer Number is written on your Yapi Kredi Credit Card/Bank Card under your Name-Surname.

Please don't forget to check the Teleweb User checkbox if you are using your 9 digit Teleweb customer number for Internet Banking login.

Defining your Customer Code

You can define your Customer Code by yourself.

After signing in Internet Banking by using your current Customer Code, you can define a new Customer Code which is easier to remember. You can change your Customer Code via User ID settings transaction under Security Settings/ User Settings menu. After defining your alias customer code, you can sign in Internet Banking by using either alias Customer Code or real Customer Code

I Forgot My Customer Code

If you forget your user code, you can learn it via Internet Support line which you can reach by dialing 444 0 444 and then 4.

Password Transaction Help

I Blocked My Password

Your password will be blocked if you enter your password incorrect for four times.

If you remember your password

  • You can unblock your password via Internet Support line which you can reach by dialing 444 0 444 and then 4.
  • You can unblock your password via Password Transactions menu by using your Yapi Kredi Credit Card / Bank Card number. Please click here to unblock your Internet Banking Password.
  • You can unblock your password by just one button via our ATMs if you have a Yapi Kredi debit card or a credit card.

I Forgot My Password

If you don’t remember your password;

  • You can get your new password via Password Transactions menu by using your Yapi Kredi Credit Card / Bank Card number. Please click here to get your new Internet Banking Password.

Corporate Internet Branch User Code Help

What Is The Company Code ?

Your Company code is your customer code with two lettters preceding it.

What Is The User Code ?

It is the 4 digit number that is given during your Corporate Internet Banking application.

I Forgot My Company / Customer Code

In case you forget your Company / User Code, you can contact with 444 0 448 Corporate Telephone Banking line.

I Blocked My Password

Your password will be blocked if you enter it wrong for 4 times sequentially

If you remember your password;

  • You can reactivate your password from Corporate Internet Branch Support line by calling 444 0 448

I Forgot My Password

If you remember your password;

  • In case you forget your Corporate Internet Banking password; if you have a valid credit card, debit card or an account in our bank, you can renew your Internet Banking password, reactivate your blocked password or apply for a new password from the Enroll Now button on our main page.
