Information on Changes in E-Mail Communications

E-mail communications with our customers regarding banking products and services are adjusted as per regulations by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency effective on July 1st, 2020.

By this change;

  • We want to remind you that you can reach detailed information regarding your banking products and services in an easy and secure way on Yapı Kredi Mobile and Internet Branch.
  • Your e-mail communications containing financial information, such as credit card/debit card statements, bank receipts, account statements, insurance policies, product agreements/application forms and Smart Assistant notifications, will continue to be sent to you by e-mail.
  • We added the “Messages” menu to Yapı Kredi Mobile and Internet Branch for you to reach the details of your e-mails regarding banking products and services in a secure and easy way. In e-mail communications, international service providers cause your financial information to go abroad; this poses a risk for information security. We advise you to reach the details of your e-mail communications from “Messages” menu to ensure the security of your financial information.
  • You can change your preferences, between continuing to receive e-mails with financial information content and displaying financial information only on “Messages” menu on Yapı Kredi Mobile and Internet Branch, from “E-Mail Settings” step on “Messages” menu, Customer Relations Center or branches. Your e-mails will start being sent to you according to your preferences the next day.
  • If you want to reach the details of your e-mails containing financial information on only “Messages” menu; your e-mails will be delivered as preliminary notifications. You will be able to reach the details of these messages with financial information on “Messages” menu.
  • “Messages” menu can be reached from Yapı Kredi Mobile versions published on and after July 1st, 2020.
  • You can set your One Pin to reach “Messages” menu from Yapı Kredi Mobile and Internet Branch. Click here to set a new One Pin to use on Yapı Kredi Mobile, Internet Branch and Customer Relations Center.
  • Our Corporate customers wanting to access the details of the e-mails with financial information related to banking products and services through the Corporate Internet Branch, must have the authority to view user definition in Corporate Internet Branch and e-mail details in Corporate Internet Branch. If you currently have a user account for Corporate Internet Branch, it will be sufficient to get a mere authorization for viewing message details in Corporate Internet Branch.

You need to have a valid and up-to-date e-mail address registered to our bank to keep your e-mail communications uninterrupted.

You can update your e-mail information registered to our bank on:

  • E-Mail Information step on Yapı Kredi Mobil My Profile menu,
  • My Information menu under Settings on Internet Branch,
  • Customer Relations Center,
  • Yapı Kredi Branches
