Yapi Kredi hereby informs that in the late afternoon of 23 October 2017, one of the Bank’s main shareholders “UniCredit S.P.A.” uploaded a table containing a recast of UniCredit historical financial results on the UniCredit website. The table included preliminary and incomplete 3Q17 Yapi Kredi financial figures based on IFRS and under UniCredit view.

 

Having realized the erroneous publication of data, UniCredit promptly removed the related column in the table. The same erroneous table was sent via e-mail to investors and financial analysts. All recipients were informed about the erroneous data by e-mail.

 

Please note that on 27 October 2017, Yapi Kredi will announce its 3Q17 financials based on Turkish accounting standards and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency’s guidelines and there may be differences between financial figures in accordance with BRSA and IFRS standards.
