On 21 November 2013, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to repay its existing €350 million subordinated loan facility granted in April 2006 by Goldman Sachs International Bank that complies with Article 8 of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency’s regulation on Equity of Banks.

 

At the same time, the Bank will sign a new subordinated loan facility agreement with UniCredit Bank Austria. The new subordinated loan facility will be €350 million or USD equivalent with ten years tenor (either bullet or pre-payable after five years). Pricing will be determined based on market conditions during signing of the agreement.
