On 26 February 2018, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell a fully provisioned non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio of Retail and SME loans with TL 503 million principal amounts for a total consideration of TL 26.4 million to İstanbul Varlık Yönetimi and Hayat Varlık Yönetimi. The proceeds will have a positive pre-tax P&L impact of TL 14 million which will be reflected in Yapı Kredi’s 1Q18 financials following the finalisation of the transaction.
