Smart Banking is a special USB Flash drive that operates on a PKI platform, allowing you to perform all your banking transactions more securely through Yapi Kredi Corporate Internet Banking.

Smart Banking is a special USB Flash drive that operates on a PKI platform so that you may perform all your banking transactions more securely through Yapi Kredi Corporate Internet Banking. Offered in Turkey only by our bank, this additional security system may only be used by your company's authorised personnel. Therefore, only Smart Banking customers may access their companies' accounts.

How do I use it? What are the advantages?

Smart Banking has a PKI infrastructure and comes with a Smart Card, with the technical features required for using Digital Signature.

  • It has only one log-in password; hence, you don't have to remember any additional passwords.
  • It's easy to use. Simply "plug and play", with no additional installation.
  • It's portable. Just plug it into a USB port on your computer.
  • It may also be used as a USB data storage device.

Smart Banking

Those employees authorised to sign for your banking transactions use a Smart Port connected to their computers and a special Smart Card to access your company accounts within the "Smart Banking" security system provided by only our bank in Turkey.

A customized Internet Banking password is found in the user-defined Smart Card. Thus no one else except the card owner can access to your accounts.

Activation of Blocked PIN Code

To reactivate your blocked PIN code

  • Choose Card Management Tool from Start > Programs> Kobil Systems > Kobil Smart Key.
  • In the new window click "Unblock Pin" under the Card heading.
  • After entering your PUK code, you may activate your newly-defined PIN Code by entering it twice.

How do I activate my Smart Card password?

To reactivate your renewed Smart Card password, you must send a mail to aktivasyon@yapikredi.com.tr from the mail address you have stated on the application form including the following information.

  • CIF number
  • Account Branch
  • User ID
  • Company Name

Change of Pin Code

To change your Pin Code:

Choose Card Management Tool from Start > Programs> Kobil Systems > Kobil Smart Key.

On the opening window click "Change Pin" under the Card heading. First enter the old pin code, and then enter your newly defined Pin Code twice to activate the new pin.
