What is OTP Mobile?
OTP Mobile is a security product which generates 8 digit one-time password that is used at Internet Banking login or transaction approval in addition to your static password.
You can generate a one-time-password with OTP Mobile without a need of another supplementary tool or device.
These passwords can not be used once more neither by you nor anybody else.
Both Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea users can use OTP Mobile.
You can generate passwords even if you are out of your operator's service area.
Generating password is completely free.
Applying and Activating OTP Mobile iPhone
You can apply and activate your OTP Mobile iPhone in a few simple steps:
- Enter Security Settings / One Time Password menu at Retail Internet Banking, User Settings / Password Operations / Smart Pin menu at Corporate Internet Banking.
- At the application page click to the OTP Mobile iPhone banner or choose iPhone from the list.
- You can download the OTP Mobile application from iTunes directly or by clicking the link that will be sent to you by SMS during your application.
- After downloading and installing the application you can activate it by using the Application Code that will be given at the OTP Mobile page via Security Settings / One time Password menu at Retail Internet Banking and User Settings / Password Operations / Smart Pin menu at Corporate Internet Banking.

Cancelling OTP Mobile
You can cancel your OTP Mobile by calling 444 0 444 / 0850 222 0 444 and talk to our Internet Support Line customer representatives.
After cancelling your OTP Mobile, you can reactivate it in order to use the application again. For reactivating your OTP Mobile iPhone, apply to the OTP Mobile from Security Settings / One Time Password menu at Retail Internet Banking, User Settings / Password Operations / Smart Pin menu at Corporate Internet Banking. Enter the activation code that will be given during your application to the Re-activate menu at your OTP Mobile iPhone application. You can use the application after re-activation.
