On 22 February 2017, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell a fully provisioned non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio of credit cards and individual loans amounting to TL 531 million for a total consideration of TL 27.5 million to Güven Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. The proceeds will have a positive pre-tax P&L impact of TL 27.5 million which will be reflected in Yapı Kredi’s 1Q17 financials after the transaction is finalised.
