How Can I Learn My Application Status?
By using Smart Tracking, you can learn your application status for consumer loan, mortgage or credit card without going to a branch by using yapikredi.com.tr internet banking via Applications or Loans Menus. You can also use worldcard.com.tr to learn your credit card application status. Use the “application status” tab under Applications or Loans Menu on internet banking and worldcard.com.tr to use smart tracking service.
In addition, smart tracking sends you a free SMS as your application process is finalized. For consumer loan and mortgage applications, you receive an SMS whether your application is accepted or not. But for credit card applications you receive an SMS when your application is accepted.
Credit Cards Menu;
You can learn your credit card application status via Credit Cards menu. You can get information about your new card applications within the past 6 months. For rejected applications, you can get an explanation by clicking “Reason for loan denial” link.
Loans Menu;
You can learn your Consumer Loan application status via Loans Menu, for only past 45 days applications.
